Alex BEZINGE

•Dr Alex BEZINGE has over 20 years of experience in operation, management, strategy, business development, and investments in private equity, all of which in the technology and industrial sector.•In Mai 2005, Alex has founded and launched his own advisory and management services company ALX-MANAGEMENT advising and supporting a number of European private equity investors. Since end of 2006 ALX-MANAGEMENT is advising a large London Private Equity Fund specialized in distressed and turn around deals. Previous to that, Alex has executed numerous M&A transactions and has advised on VC deals across Europe as an Investment Director for Atila Venture Partners. Before then, he was CEO of a multinational high-tech company within Swatch Group, CTO and COO in a precision instrumentation US Group (Brown&Sharpe), and R&D manager within a microelectronics manufacturer. Originally, he spent 6 years in research at Geneva University and the IBM Almaden Research Centre.•Dr Alex BEZINGE holds Swiss citizenship, has a Masters degree in Physics from ETH Zürich, a PhD in Physics from Geneva University and performed post-graduate work in Management at INSEAD and STANFORD.
