I have 10 years experience in Human Resource management: in recruitment/integration, improvement HR process, HR Development/Training management, staff management and labor law , support and advise to managers in international and industrial environment.

Management of payroll and gross payroll

Administration
- Management of all employees life cycle (contracts, following trial period, requests, collect administrative documents, day-to-day administrative work, work certificates, file and update HR physical and electronic files, compensation and benefits management (individual and collective increases).

Recruitment / Induction
- Definition of the needs before candidate selection process
- Management of recruitment, executive (Engineers and Directors) and non executive profiles
(administrative and technicians).

HR Development / Training plan / Careers Management
- Management of Career development and internal mobility (replacement charts)
- Definition of the training plan : budget, requirements and deployment.

Management of trade unions.

HR Worldwide projects
Management of the HR integration of a new US entity : AVON Automotive.

Harmonization of HR best-practices (Job descriptions, training policy, compensation & benefits…)
- Creation of working groups with all sites worldwide : UK, USA, BRAZIL, CHINA
- Creation and development of partnerships with schools
- Management of Compensation & Benefits policy : creation of salary scales “World” by department
- Support to the Group reorganization : modification of responsibilities by geographical area
- Update and establishment organization charts, job descriptions trades mapping (salary scales…).
