Bettina Court

Bettina Court is a professional coach and a leadership development trainer. She has over 15 years of experience as a senior Human Resources professional, working with multinational and Swiss organizations at a senior management level. Most recently, she was VP HR Europe at Capital International, a large Institutional Asset Manager. She previously worked for the press group Hachette, and Bank BNP Paribas. Earlier in her career, Bettina provided consulting services to a large number of banks and multinational organisations for HR Consultancies Towers Perrin and CC&T.During her career, Bettina was an active member of management committees and steering groups for large projects, and participated regularly to board meetings. Bettina has been coaching individuals from a variety of backgrounds and at all organisational levels for over 10 years. She works in French, English and German.
