Then he spent an extensive 10 years in Global Sales (Sun and Dell), negotiating and winning complex Framework agreements with UBS, Credit Suisse, Nestlé, Novartis and ABB( Direct Business Model in Mature countries and indirect-Hybrid Business Model in Emerging Markets).Emerging Markets being always the Operational Benchmark for Global Accounts, he then gain significant expertise during his lead of the Global Segment (WW TOP 500 Customers) in Eastern Europe, Russia & CIS and Africa. Finally, as Dell Regional Director and Head of North Africa and later Adriatics - Baltics-Iceland-Greece and Portugal, his main responsibilities and achievements were to develop and deploy GTM regional strategy and turn around the business, recovering SMB- Public-LCA and Global Segment market share and profitability through the increase of sales and efficient channel distribution Management & Processes.
