David Hagan

Information and Knowledge Management Spent the last 10 years working exclusively in the area of information and knowledge management, becoming a nationally recognized expert in this area (in New Zealand) - the last six years working as an independent professional consultant and project manager with global clients. Worked in all phases of the project life-cycle from conceptual design through to project management and project delivery. Has been on both sides of the vendor-client fence and has acted as lead analyst, principal consultant, project manager, and trouble-shooter for a full range of information and knowledge management initiatives – in both the public and private sectors. Technologist 20 years involved with technology, progressively moving from electrical and telecommunications engineering, consumer electronics, towards information technology. More recent experience has been with software systems including relational databases, operating systems and information technology, desktop automation, data management, content management systems,  and systems integration.
