| Activité | Specialist in international development of franchise system. I invite all PME & TPE to be introduced to this powerful tool of development. I organise information seminars (public) and/or direct presentation to boards of directors.I will assist you in:1) feasability analysis -> is you business franchisable? Could you become a franchisor?2) set up of the business plan -> cost, time frame of the creation & launch, incomes. As well as franchise contracts and all relations between the franchisor and your franchisees.3) set up and creation of the franchise system: as project manager of the pilot operation / country.4) international development: introduction into the international franchise networks and assistance tin the launch of foreign markets. |
