I was educated in France and holds a Masters degree in Interpreting & Translating and a BA in Anglo-Saxon literature & civilization. I am also trained on Internal Consulting, Assessment, Development Plans, 360 feedback, Recruitment through Targeted Selection, Predictive Index, Negotiations Skills, Communications Skills, Belbin Testing and Project Management.I worked for international companies in various HR functions but mainly as Personal Development Manager and as Head of Human Resources.I have traveled extensively, lived and worked in many countries, in multicultural environments.I have set up Human Capital in Business to assist individuals with problems at work or problems finding work and to educate companies on the problematic of well-being at work. In this line of work, I also advise companies on how to tackle the fast-growing tendency of stress, ill-health and burnout.
