Hubert Ridolphi

Hubert Ridolphi, graduated at the University of Strasbourg (France) with Doctor in Pharmacy diploma, Industrial Pharmacy and BA (SME Strategy Specialist) degrees. He is acting CEO of RidePharm (RP Consulting), a consulting firm to the biopharmaceutical Industry, providing business development services to various life science customers. Since 2014, Hubert is serving as Business Development Manager and Qualified Person at swissfillon AG, a start-up Swiss Aseptic Fill and Finish company.Starting 1991 and after having contributed to the development of Beta-Cyclodextrin spray-drying drug inclusion, Hubert has been working for several pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical companies like Sterling-Winthrop, Pierre Fabre Oncology, Laphal, Faure (now ExcelVison), Euromed (Hydrocolloids wound dressing) and OM Pharma, where he occupied various positions from division manager to marketing and sales manager or exclusive agent for Central and Eastern European (CEE) and CIS countries. These positions included roles in regulatory compliance audit and internal quality auditor functions related to the manufacturing of drugs and Medical Devices.Since 2005, his assignments also included significant experiences in the field of business, regulatory and quality aspect to support development of biologics and particularly biosimilars. He is an associate member of the QP European Association. Hubert reside in Valais, Switzerland.
