To go or not in this new market? To launch or not this new product? How could we know? How could we anticipate? How to estimate our success potential?  Business Development Manager, I am supporting innovative companies (and start-ups) to boost their business strategy, so to reduce time to market and minimise commercial risks. With Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineer and International sales background, I have 15 years experience in sales and marketing management position in high-tech sectors for large groups and SME organisations. I was responsible of management policies and team objectives. I served mass telecom OEM market players as well as niche aerospace majors. We developed international sales network to talk directly to our clients.  In Europe, Middle East, Africa, India, Brasil & USA, I worked closely and negociat with international managers and entrepreneurs on complex & long terms projects. I learn from them and smile in many languages so to say direct & open discussion are keys for business. These experiences motivated me to start my own business in 2014. At HEC Geneva, I dedicated my Master in Management & Business Administration to this question: "How to launch successfully a research idea to its market?".At "For Business to Development" (#4B2D), we test and learn to open business opportunities for innovations:
