| Biographie / CV | Of dual Canadian and Swiss nationality, I came to Switzerland from the U.S. in 1991 and began my HR career with R.J. Reynolds Tobacco (now JTI). In 2000 I joined SITA working in the HR Internal Communications team. In 2002 I moved to Alcoa where I was HR Manager for the European HQ and Swiss population. In 2006 I moved into the life sciences sector, at Biosite International (now part of the Alere group), managing European HR operations. Following Biosite's acquisition by Alere in 2007 I worked for their JV with P&G in 2008 and thereafter carried out a mandate with Covance in Meyrin, co-managing that site and also managing their site in Basel. After having spent 20 years in multinational environments, I wanted to explore a smaller structure and the career management sector - I joined Von Rohr & Associates in 2012, where I accompany professionals in their professional development and career transition. |
