As an administrative specialist: Manage the overall organization of the International Fair (invitation of academic Partners and coordination with EPFL staff); Welcome reception for young international researchers. Create various documents; surveys, welcome kit, fact sheet and presentations for internal and external use. Support to the production and distribution of promotional materials. Provide general support for the International Relations team (meetings, business trips and visits). Update EPFL International Relations website (CMS Jahia 6 and basic HTML). |
