Michel Dousse

Dousse Michel, 65 years old, with a background in economics, began his professional career in the pharmaceutical industry as Director of Finance and Human Resources for 18 years. (120 people) Subsequently, on returning after a stay of two years in Australia where he worked as a financial consultant, he decided to share his experience and knowledge in Swiss SMEs by offering his services as a consultant. Through his company founded in 1987 under the name ERGOMA SA / AG / Ltd, based in Belfaux, Switzerland, Mr. Dousse is active in business development, both in Switzerland and internationally. He also privileges education and "knowledge management" and has been teaching Finance for 15 years at the University of Applied Sciences.
