Compétences

My business experience is built around 12 years of business development in the domain of consulting and technological solutions for corporations (B2B). My competences in creativity and projects management, structured while my initial education in architecture, enabled me in achievement of innovative projects: Computer-Aided Facilities Management, e-Marketing et e-Recruitment. The common characteristic of these projects is the intensive use of the new information technologies as change’s engine. After my graduation as « Master in Business Information Systems » which structured my knowledge in NewTechs, I entered the emerging online recruitment industry (idealjob), and contributed to its development in Switzerland and in Europe over 7 years, through and along the fusions of Idealjob, jobpilot and Monster.This international career allowed me to enlarge a pan-cultural understanding and to work daily in French, English, and German especially for the last 5 years in Zürich and Frankfurt a.M.The major project within this time was the launch of the Monster brand in Switzerland. Operated parallel to jobpilot’s development, it was the opportunity to exploit all my competences in sales, marketing and internet technologies. It needed an excellent coordination between the product developments, the employees’ coaching - especially with the sale force - and the marketing strategy. My communicative nature empowered me to motivate and stick together all the actors of this change, as well as to access a more « strategical » level of selling the company: having achieved numerous specialized partnerships in Switzerland, I was hired to initiate strategic partnerships in Central and Eastern Europe, as with third-part media companies.Today, as self-employed, I am working on different missions as in continuity with my expertise, supporting SMBs to involve the Internet capabilities in their Sales & Marketing processes.
