Biographie / CV

In my last year at University I have had the chance to win the Marketing Award Program Philip Morris was organizing in Belgium, and to receive an offer to start my career at PMI with a one month marketing training in the US. After 2 years as sales analyst, I have been selected for a 2 years Marketing & Sales traineeship. This experience helped me discover my passion for the Key Account Management, which offers a combination of strategy and operations, a close interaction with every department, and the exciting challenge of successfully building partnerships with major accounts on long term. As a key account manager I have then worked with every type of client in Belgium, Luxemburg, and the Netherlands. Besides my responsibilities in these local markets, I have also had the opportunity of working on European deals. One year ago, I however decided to leave Philip Morris in order to leave the Tobacco Industry and to learn about new environments as to take part in the aggressive development of Futurestep business in Belgium. This year as a Consultant in Recruitment and Business Development at Korn/Ferry Futurestep (with a focus in the FMCG Industry) allowed me to extend my knowledge of the market, to take part in the development of the company, and to develop new people skills. The current experience at Korn/Ferry has been very enriching but it has also helped me clarify what type of role and Industry I want to build my career into.

Activité

With 8 years of international experience in the FMCG Industry at Philip Morris mainly in sales but also in marketing and business analysis roles and with one year of business development and recruiting experience at Korn/Ferry Futurestep (headhunter), I am now clearly looking after a sales or trade marketing/marketing responsibility at a regional or local level in the Consumer Goods/Health Industry.
