My main areas on responsibility were:- Development of company's activity in Russia, Middle East and China;- Handling of ROCHE BOBOIS company client's account on Export areas ( USA, Ex-URSS, Middle East, Italy); - Following up of Export clients profiles (Handling of the Quotes,Purchase orders, establishing the relationship with new clients, organising the logistics for order deliveries all over the world...)- Invoicing and following up with clients' payment schedules/ issues;- Participation and organization of International fairs/ B to B meetings (Maison and Objet, Paris; Business meetings in DUBAI and in Switzerland; fair in Moscow). - Handling of after sales claims;- Every day collaboration with designers & architects for commun projects.
